Customer-Service Manager Job Description
The Customer-Service Manager is a full-time position. The candidate is responsible for providing direction and leadership to a diverse group of sales staff. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional service to all customers
- Ensure all staff have the knowledge, skills and motivation to reach goals
- Ensure good communication between sales and service staff
- Provide a clean, organized and welcoming sales environment for customers and staff at all times
- Assist where needed with events and promotions
- Help maintain a positive work environment
- Be an ambassador within the community
- Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience
- Minimum of two years working in a sales-focused business
- You do not necessarily need to have prior bicycle retail experience, but you must be willing to learn about bicycles, cycling accessories, and cycling culture.

- Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively present information and answer questions
